The Cellar is the backbone of any hospitality venue, and the Cellar team at Hotel Canobolas is essential to the smooth running of the whole venue. As the Cellar Manager you will take charge of the logistical aspects of the back of house and back bar set up.
We are seeking an experienced Cellar Manager to join our team. Ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cellar and proven understanding of the role a Cellar Manager plays in a hospitality team.
As Cellar Manager you will be responsible for receiving of deliveries, stocking of bars, key and stock management. You will also play an active role in training and upskilling our bar staff, helping them learn cellar process, such as changing kegs and pre-opening procedures.

Hotel Canobolas is an iconic venue in Orange, NSW. A large country Hotel with a unique intimate feel; combining great service, food, entertainment and accommodation. This is a venue loved by locals and visitors alike. It has long been known for its family friendly dining and country hospitality.
