Customer focused and ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do, you will be accountable for supporting and guiding the New Business and State Field teams in providing the tools to win and retain contracted customers.
In this role, you will liaise with internal departments including, sales, marketing, activation, category management, finance and legal to set customers up for success and manage the back of house administrative tasks related to account management on an ongoing basis.
This role would be ideal for a sales professional, who is looking to gain a deeper understanding of account management and develop their commercial acumen and influencing skills.
You will have the opportunity to impact on the business performance whilst gaining exposure to all functions across the business and provide a platform to continue to build your career through the Asahi Lifestyle Beverages business.
Other key responsibilities include;
- Support the New Business, Account Renewal, National Business and Indirects Team by completing the required financial modelling, presentations, contracts.
- Complete New Business and Account Renewal team reporting
- Contribute to the achievement of both existing contracted and new business targets.
- Ensure an up to date and reliant contract database that provides the key insights the business needs to make timely decisions.
- Initiate the contracted trade spend, equipment and master data information commensurate with the agreed customer terms.
- Provide insights and support to the state team to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against the commercial priorities.
- Achieve agreed targeted KPI’s
About you:
- Preferred experience in a key sales role with an understanding of profit and Loss
- A desire to develop and grow. An understanding that progression is key to continued growth
- Resilience, with a high level of maturity in managing expectations with stakeholders
- Office Suite - Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint. Basic to Intermediate Excel Skill Level.
- Strong Analytical background
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
