The role

We are seeking a permanent full time or part time Kindergarten Central Registration Officer to join our Children’s Services Partnership team. Reporting to the Team Leader, Children’s Services Partnership, your role is to:

  • Efficiently and effectively administer the registrations and allocations of three and four-year-old sessional kindergarten places for participating service providers.
  • Ensure that all records are accurately documented and maintained in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and participating kindergarten service providers and provide information and assistance.

In this role you will be the ‘go to’ person to provide information and assistance to families and kindergartens and you will play a key role in assisting children to access sessional kindergarten.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant certificate, diploma or experience in Early Childhood Services, Community Services or Business Administration.
  • Experience utilising data management systems.
  • Experience in the administration of Central Registration schemes and or working in early learning environments is desirable.

The salary for this position starts at $72,223 (Band 4) per annum plus superannuation.
