We are seeking a highly motivated leader ready to be the centre Director of our new centre in Epping.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated leader who can lead our team. The right candidate will need to be able to lead a team of Educators to ensure they are working by the service philosophy, policy and procedures, and as per the National Quality Standards (NQS). They will have experience working in Early Childhood Education & Care Settings and be able to provide high-quality education and care for all enrolled children.
You will be primarily non-teaching, leading the team through positive engagement, role modelling, coaching and mentoring.

- Thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations of an Early Childhood Education & Care Service
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor's in early childhood education (approved by ACECQA) or working towards this qualification. Or Diploma of Children's Services.
- Experience within the industry. Experience as a Director or 2IC is highly valued but not essential
- Current Working with Children Check.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Ability to work shifts between 7.00am - 6:00pm
- A sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of policies, procedures and regulations.
- Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres.
- Ability to make business decisions and work with assigned budgets.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain accountability standards.
