We are passionate about the outdoors and outdoor play, about relishing in childhood, and are comprised of a wonderful team of very passionate advocates for children and childhood.
We believe that respect for children should be the foundation of all that we do here, and are constantly striving for best practice, always reflecting, growing, and making change.
We are a collection of services where our staff and our teachers contribute to the decision making at all levels of ‘management’ and operate under a wonderful distributed leadership model, whereby staff collaborate and contribute to creating a wonderful working environment.
We value professional development of our staff and offer a significant budget to ensure this is able to prioritised, including one pupil free staff development day per year.
We are innovative in the programs we deliver, offering interest-based programs for children, that are accessible to children of all ages.
