The Centre
anzuk Education is currently working with an excellent medium sized centre and they are seeking a passionate full-time Director for their beautiful centre near Kogarah. The Director will join a high quality team staffed above ratio in a fantastic centre with brand new modern facilities.

This is a great opportunity to work with a top class centre renowned for high quality care. This position is ideal for an ECT or Diploma qualified Director looking to join a high quality team and who can bring their own ideas and collaborate with other passionate and inspired educators.

Who you'll be
As the ideal Director, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You'll have experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher and have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be passionate about providing education and care of the highest standard to children. The successful Director should also have previous experience in assessment and rating, along with running a service.
The ideal educator for this position will hold;

• ACECQA approved Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood
• 1 years plus experience in a Director role required
• Genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
• Passionate about creating positive relationships with team members, children and their families
