To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:
- An Early Childhood Degree recognised by ACEQCA.
- Experience in a Director or management position.
- Current working with children check
- First aid certificate
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- Be able to drive up Occupancy.
- Experience in assessment and rating.
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
