About the role
Managing day to day operations of the centre
Support centres to ensure that Quality Educational program is delivered
Preparing Centres for Assessment and Rating
Managing QIP
Ensuring centre is Compliant at all times and runs within the National Regulations and the National Law
Motivating, training and leading the centre team
Ensuring that staff Qualifications and Ratios are as per the regulations
Dealing and Managing Parent's concerns and feedback
Organise Centre events like annual days, Open day etc
Doing monthly Newsletters
Doing Weekly rosters and submitting wage summary
Managing Enrolmemts
To develop the strategic plan for the centre
Reviweing and implementing policies and procedures in the centre
Developing the training schedule for the centre
Organizing the open days and the centre events
Laising with families and community

Skills and experience
Strong Witten and Communication Skills
Minimum of 4 years of Experience in a Nominated Supervisor or mananagement experience in Childcare
Excellent Time management skills
Ability to train and develop team
Degree in Early Childhood
Great understanding about The National Law and Regulation
Understanding about CCS and knowledge of Qikidz and other childcare focused softwares
Understanding about Child Protection and the mandatory Reporting
Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection Training
Working With Children's Check
Full Drivers Licence
Full Working Rights in Australia
