Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Club Manager to join our growing team at Your Precinct! For the right person, this role will provide the opportunity to grow and develop within our multi-franchise company.

Your Precinct is a fitness, wellness and recovery hub located in the heart of Sunnybank. Your Precinct includes 4109 Gym, Stong Pilates, Somatic House and a Cafe. This position is a full-time role, which will manage all parts of the centre. Our Club Manager will typically take care of the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-today operations of fitness & wellness centre
• Management of centres overall budgets and financials, including Member Movement/Growth & Retention Strategies 
• Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Retention of team members.
• Delivering training, mentoring and support for all team members.
• Running weekly meetings to engage & motivate teams
• Overseeing rostering to ensure adequate staff coverage in all departments and in line with staffing budgets
• Approving timesheets for fortnightly payroll
• Weekly reporting to senior management including monthly members vs monthly target, net member movement, average yield, common trends. 
• Effectively plan, manage and execute club events such as Open Days & Challenges
• Implement Social Media strategy in line with brand guidelines and standards
• Oversee centres cleanliness & maintenance standards

We are looking for someone who has had experience in a similar role and holds a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, as well as a Blue Card. Please note that this role will involve some weekend work, and nights.
