This childcare provider is a small, privately owned and well established with a longstanding presence. They offer long day care in safe and contemporary settings, focusing on nurturing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through dedicated programs. Valuing their team as the cornerstone of their success, they prioritise creating a positive and supportive workplace atmosphere for all staff members. Presently, they are in search of an experienced Centre Manager to join their team, ensuring the continuation of outstanding care for children and families.
About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre. This entails supervising staff, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, and fostering strong connections with families and the wider community.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned childcare professional dedicated to delivering exceptional care and education to young children. They should possess robust leadership abilities, capable of motivating and supporting their team, along with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.

- Remain flexible and adaptable, addressing evolving needs and circumstances while upholding the standard of high-quality childcare and education.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' continuous experience as a Centre Manager in a long daycare setting.
- Profound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Inherently responsible and committed to fostering a safe and positive environment for children and staff.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous learning.
- Possession of a current First Aid Certificate, along with Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish positive relationships with families and the wider community.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
