About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre. This entails supervising staff, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, and fostering strong connections with families and the wider community.

About You
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' continuous experience as a Centre Manager in a long daycare setting.
- Profound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Inherently responsible and committed to fostering a safe and positive environment for children and staff.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous learning.
- Possession of a current First Aid Certificate, along with Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish positive relationships with families and the wider community.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
