The Role
Responsible for the management of Ninja Parc Fyshwick's operational and financial success.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve Ninja Parc Fyshwick financial targets
- Uphold safe work practices
- Uphold high standards in all areas
- Develop all Ninja Parc Fyshwick team members
- Develop and implement local area marketing plans
- Experience in leading a team of people
- Experience in staff rostering and recruitment
- Proven track record of achieving financial and/or operational targets
- Proven track record of upholding high standards
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Proactive attitude in all areas
- Working with children check
- Current first aid and CPR
- Current drivers license
- National Police Check
- Experience in play centre operations
- Experience in sports centre operations
- Experience in cafe operations
- Experience working with younger staff members
- Management certification/qualification
- Experience in ninja or obstacle sports
- Experience in financial management
