- Manage the delivery of critical Intake services and paralegal support to practitioners, including recruitment, training, rostering and supervision of team members and their delivery of intake and paralegal services.
- Assume responsibility for management of WLC's client information systems and oversee accurate and detailed data collection, interpret data to identify and report on trends and themes.
- Support implementation of trauma informed legal practice principles within a central team and critical functions to support responsive services and build resilience to mitigate risk of vicarious trauma.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for the Centre's client intake services functions, with a focus on supporting the intake and initial triage processes and coordinating paralegal support to legal practitioners.
The position leads a team of up to 12 part time and full time staff members delivering intake services and paralegal support, including recruiting, mentoring, training and rostering team members.

About the CentreThe Women’s Legal Centre is a specialist community legal centre dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to women, with a focus on those experiencing and at risk of violence, discrimination and systemic disadvantage. We provide legal assistance, as well as social work and cultural supports in the areas of family law, family violence, employment, discrimination, sexual harassment, migration and sexual violence. We have a specialist program Mulleun Mura, run by and for First Nations women. Through our multi-disciplinary team, we provide wrap-around support using trauma-informed and collaborative service models. The Centre operates partnerships with community organisations, including ACT Government Child and Family Centres, CIT and Domestic Violence Crisis Service.
