About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of their early learning centre.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events and communications
- To manage the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff
- Work closely with internal & external teams and community groups to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning for children.
- Maintain documents and records in accordance with Centre Policies and licensing Regulations
- Assists the centre to keep the QIP active and updated
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager is essential
- Experience working with children & families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Experience developing and managing staff rosters, working with centre budget
- Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
