About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and visionary leader ready to drive Closer Care/ WellMinded Australia to new heights? We're seeking a Chief Executive Officer with a passion for innovation and a track record of success within the NDIS to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic objectives. As the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Closer Care/WellMinded Australia, maintain and enhance our reputation, expand income streams, onboard new participants, and foster strong industry partnerships. This is your chance to make a lasting impact in the disability sector and lead a well-established organisation towards growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership, collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement organisational strategy.
• Transform strategic plans into actionable business strategies with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all leaders, driving effective implementation.
• Lead the financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Drive business growth by expanding clientele, growing income streams, building partnerships, and ensuring effective onboarding of new participants.
• Cultivate positive public relations and establish trustworthy relationships with external providers.
• Develop and empower leaders, refine brand messaging, and optimise operational efficiency.

About You:

Knowledge and qualification:

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the NDIS and disability sector.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or management.
• Proven experience in revenue growth and diversification.
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluation.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in the NDIS sector.
• Minimum three years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and reporting.

Why Us:
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, you will be expected to work from our head office in Gladesville.
