AddressNeoWest Building Company are a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara.
Starting rates (note meals breaks are paid):
- Carpenter $55.00 per hour plus super
- Other Trades - $52.50 /hour + super (Ceramic Tiler, Painter)
We seek experienced trades for ongoing (2-4 years) housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara (Paraburdoo and Tom price). The successful candidates will ideally have:
-Trade qualification
-Residential refurbishment experience.
-FIFO from Perth (Eastern states not considered)
-Roofer plumbers only: Residential refurbishment and trimdek experience.
Ability to wear PPE including clean shaven for p2 dustmasks.
Safe removal of asbestos ticket or be prepared to attend.
- Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner.
- Clean Driver's license (manual preferred).
- Provide own tools (note: 5" grinders to have paddle switch and soft start)
- Ability to pass medical / D&A screens and complete 1day RTIO induction (All) and Asbestos Removal training courses (roof plumbers only).
- Pride in their work, their workplace and maintain good housekeeping.
