What's the job?
As an experienced Carpenter or Handyperson, you will utilise your technical skills and knowledge of the commercial maintenance industry to service key clients in the heart of Perth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily you may complete minor building repairs and a variety of Carpentry work e.g. chair repairs, desk height adjustments, carpet repairs, blind maintenance, door repairs, lock installation, some refurbishment works, wall finishes including plasterwork, skirting boards, fixture fittings, ceramic repair, patch repair, paving, and fencing
- All safety protocols are to be followed as you complete JSA's and SWMS on your jobs
- You will utilize state-of-the-art software and have the support of your own coordinator
- Trade managers, leading hands, and safety managers all add to the support of your position
- Full training and orientation for all our recruits, monthly toolbox talks, and safety presentations.
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance
- A trade qualification in Carpentry and or applicable trade
- A Clear National police check & Medical ( this will be conducted as part of the recruitment process)
- Computer literate
- Full Australian driver's license
- Full Australian Working rights
