About the Centre: Exceeding Not for Profit childcare centre located in the Eastern Suburbs are seeking a Cert III/Diploma to join their small team. This amazing centre caters for 48 children. 

Position: Cert III/Diploma
Location:Eastern Suburbs
Type: Full-Time
Offering: $30-$40ph (based on qualification/experience) + super 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document children's development and progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework and ensure that the service maintains operating standards as outlined in the National Quality Standards. 
• Work part of a team providing high quality early childhood education and care while implementing an approved learning framework
• Engagement in the delivery, development and evaluation of a quality learning program for children. Whilst ensuring that each individual child's strengths, interests and needs are identified and their learning is enhanced. 

Required:

• Certificate III/ Diploma in Childcare 
• Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards & Early Years Learning Framework
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Understanding of child protection legislation, including an approved & current child protection training qualification
