Qualification and Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and industry experience in Allied Health.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Teaching qualifications with current VIT registration, or willing to apply for permission.
- Demonstrated knowledge of competency-based training and/or VET curriculum, including ability to develop training plans, assessment and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work closely and demonstrate empathy with students and parent/guardians while maintaining the professional role of a guide and administrator.
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children, and of children with diverse needs and/or backgrounds.
