The successful candidate will join a fast-paced customer service environment whilst completing a Certificate III Business Traineeship. The administration team are keen to welcome an enthusiastic customer service specialist to their team.
This traineeship will provide you with the opportunity to earn while you learn, duties will entail:
- Manage sales enquiries and process sales orders both by phone and email
- Develop strong business relations with key customers and suppliers
- Central and constant contact with new and existing clients through email and phone
- Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff and management
- Sorting and organising of deliveries for delivery drivers
- General administration tasks as required
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Banking
We are looking for candidates who are committed and enthusiastic about starting a career in Business and who possess the following skills and attributes:
- A professional phone manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Good attention to detail with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Enjoys working in a team environment with a friendly fast paced team
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and be technology savvy
- Must be current with COVID Vaccinations
- Car and license preferred
The successful applicant must be available for immediate start. This position is full time (38 hours per week). Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply, with relevant training provided. The successful applicant will accrue four weeks paid annual leave, 10 days sick and personal carers leave and paid for Public Holidays under the National Training Wage Award.
Those with qualifications of Certificate III or above (including university graduates) need not apply.
