Position Overview: We are currently seeking a number of skilled and experienced Certificate IV Qualified First Aid Trainers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative first-aid training sessions to diverse audiences across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting First Aid training sessions for workplaces, educational institutions, and community groups.
  • Evaluating participants' performance through assessments and providing constructive feedback.
  • Keeping abreast of current First Aid guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with the training team to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and certifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a First Aid Trainer, preferably in a similar role within Western Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of First Aid principles and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of various backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Flexibility to travel and conduct training sessions at different locations as required.
  • Preferred experience as a first responder or medical field
