The Role
Based in the Lismore/Ballina area, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential and rural lifestyle space. There is an opportunity for more specialised rural and agribusiness work if desired. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with a CPV qualification, appropriate valuation skills with exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a commitment to professional development, together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with residential valuation experience
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
