Full-time work positions available due to the expansion of our practice
Due to continued growth of our practice we are currently seeking 1 experienced Property Valuer and 1 Graduate Valuer to join our very busy and growing practice in Five Dock NSW.
As a Graduate Valuer you'll be trained over time to undertake a range of Residential, Acreage/Rural, Commercial, Industrial and Retail valuations. Initially you will only be required to carryout Residential Valuations.
An experienced Valuer will be expected to be able to undertake the above.
To be a successful Valuer at Romeo Property Valuers, you must:
Have completed an AVI or API recognised Property Valuation course;
Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
Have the ability to work independently and at times with the Director and in a team environment;
Have capabilities to use or learn to use Valuation software and programs including CoreLogic/RP Data; and
You must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence.
