The role:
As the Change Analyst, you will play a key role in their growth and transformation over the next phase of their development. You will drive and implement change initiatives across a variety of enterprise projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- evaluation of change programs and their impact on the organisation
- development of change management plans including detailed impact assessments
- guidance and support for key stakeholder groups
- design and delivery of key communication and training materials
The Person:
- 2 years' experience in change management or a similar role
- Excellent ability to engage and communicate effectively with levels of stakeholders
- Change management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of change management best practices
