Do work that mattersGroup Corporate Services (GCS) manages the procurement, supplier risk and property functions for the Group.The Transformation and Change team are a key function within GCS which support the GCS technology platforms, workplaces, procurement and supplier risk end to end experience.Services including providing organisational change management, transformation, community engagement and precinct activation.See yourself in our TeamThe role sits within the Change portfolio supporting GCS to achieve business goals through best practice end-to-end organisational change management.In this roleYou will be supporting the Change team plan, govern and deploy GCS changes to internal and business stakeholders. Activities will include supporting the GCS end-to-end change governance, creating impact and stakeholder assessments, design training and engagement content and working with our peers in the GCS Communication team to support stakeholders.This is a 8 month secondment/fixed term opportunity to Dec 2024, based in Sydney with potential to extend.Other responsibilities will include
- Supporting and facilitation of the GCS Change and Communications update to our internal and business stakeholders
- Conducting change analysis and impact assessments to better understand the impacts on stakeholders
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business groups and end users in conducting current and future state gap analysis
- Providing support in the coordination of change planning and implementation
- Supporting the identification, management and engagement of stakeholders
- Supporting implementation of business readiness tracking metrics
- Contributing and supporting to the creation of change collateral
- Supporting stakeholders with simple end-to-end BAU change
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 1 year) in a Change Analyst capacity and understanding of change management methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
- Sound organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Strong working knowledge of Windows including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, excel and word
- A strong desire to develop and learn new skills
