The successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of analysis methodologies and practices, and excellent documentation, communications, and facilitation skills. Training, Qualifications and Experience in Siebel, Salesforce, Mulesoft and/or User Interface (UI) application design are highly desired.Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Roles and Responsibilities of the successful System Analysts are as follows:
- Understand the Department's current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
- Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff, such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
- The production of detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics, and process maps.
- The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, user stories and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definition.
- Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
- Specialist technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
o Data modelling, data mapping documentation and/or data migration.
o Siebel Open UI, Siebel Call Centre/Public Sector and Siebel Remote.
o Salesforce & Mulesoft Platforms
o UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma or similar; and/ or
o Collaboration software like SharePoint or equivalent * Analysis of systems to define non-functional business and system integration requirements
- Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high-level interface solution
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation
- Plan and facilitate workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions
- Produce detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs
- Produce Siebel Functional specification and/or User stories for .Net (or equivalent), and associated documents that are clear and contain sufficient detail to be consumed by build and test teams Can we make this less specific to Siebel please?
- Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally
- Manage business stakeholders to ensure engagement is collegial, productive and to mitigate risks related to business sign-off
- Discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff
- Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development
- Utilise excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and
- Other duties as directed.
