The City of Sydney is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Change and Experience Lead to join a small team responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring new ways of working across the functions of Planning Assessments, Health and Building, and Construction and Building Services to improve efficiency and effectiveness and business outcomes.
Supporting the Service Optimisation Manager, you will partner with diverse stakeholders to identify and assess the change, look at the impact of the CHANGE AND co-develop a prioritised program of work to successfully implement the change.
To be the successful candidate, you must have:
- tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Psychology at degree level and/or significant experience in a relevant field
- extensive experience managing change in an operational setting and working with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements in service delivery
- advanced stakeholder engagement, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- demonstrated experience in developing change communications and training collateral and implementing CHANGE AND conducting training within a large organisation.
