The opportunityIn this role, you will provide administrative support to the Project Manager and the Project team to enable the successful implementation of a new payroll and human resources information system (HRIS). Applying your expertise and experience as a high-functioning, professional administration officer, you will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Project.
Your experience- empathy with the values and ethos of the Catholic faith
- a background supporting project teams and a strong desire and capacity to learn
- knowledge of or the ability to acquire, the underlying principles, basic analysis and practices of project management
- demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and work to set timeframes
- highly developed written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to support the creation of clear and concise written communications
- demonstrated high-level experience working with the Microsoft suite of products, including Office 365
Candidates with working experience in project and change management methodologies (eg PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci ADKAR) will be highly regarded.
