SalaryReporting to the Service Delivery Manager. The Change Coordinator will be responsible for being the centralised point of contact for Changes.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing analysis & input to appropriate change management reports
- Coordinating and scheduling all changes
- Coordinating and attending the Change Advisory Board (CAB) including agenda and minutes.
- Ensuring all approvals are received for Changes.
- Maintaining Change Management Documentation.
- Awareness of and Adherence to Change Management processes
- Thorough knowledge of change working in a Technical Support/Engineer role
- Technical Writing experience
- Demonstrable IT skills focused in the following
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Business Process Management
- Resource Scheduling
- Knowledge Management
- Business Reporting
- Clear interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of ITIL
