What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies.
• Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams through periods of transition.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
•  Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to employees at all levels of the organization.
