Change Management Lead

M&T Resources has partner with a great organization in their search for a Change Management Lead to bring a holistic approach to their teams. 

This opportunity is a fix term contract of 12 months with potential to extend or become Permanent. 

You will be responsible for leadership and capability development of Change resources who report directly to this role, ensuring business and stakeholder outcomes are met and there is adherence to the Project Delivery Frameworks.

We are looking for a strong people leader with at least 5 years of proven track record in overseeing and guiding the implementation of Change Management in large Programs. 

The skills and profiles that we are looking for:

• Certified in Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate complex outcomes.
• Excellent skills in presenting, communicating, and facilitating.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management frameworks, methodologies.
• A visionary strategist who drives organizational transformation and fosters adaptive, high-performing teams by measuring the quality in their work.
