Overview of the role
We have two roles available for experienced end to end Senior Project Managers (known internally as a Delivery Lead) to work on significant long-term projects. One role will be focused on Infrastructure (contact centre) and the other on a risk/compliance related project.
Working closely with the business, you will have experience as part of a team on large complex programs of work with multiple interdependencies and streams/projects running concurrently, to satisfy business strategies and objectives.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to get things done, using your strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills. You will liaise with all levels of employees including Executive Managers and C-Suite.

What you'll do:
- Support Tribe, Platform, CoE Lead and business key stakeholders, in defining and documenting performance objectives and priorities
- Coordinate delivery of performance improvement initiatives with fit for purpose governance and leveraging Agile delivery practices
- Facilitate agile planning and management of Momentum operating rhythm
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support analysis of performance issues
- Support creation of position papers to Tribe Lead and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery of quarterly reports and support delivery of Momentum
- deep dive sessions
Join virtual teams to brainstorm and come up with innovative solutions to tackle performance impediments
- Support Tribe, Platform, CoELead in running the Momentum operating rhythm and activities within the business unit
- Ensure missions are on schedule and within budget
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 5+ years senior project management experience within the Insurance/financial services industry
- Previous exposure/experience with either Infrastructure or risk/compliance related projects
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, cost optimisation and performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team.
- Experience in building successful business relationships at all levels.
- A proven ability to manage people to ensure effective delivery of multiple initiatives simultaneously
