Change Management Lead - Flexible Work Arrangements

The Executive Level 1 Change Management Lead is responsible for managing, coordinating and improving IP Australia’s portfolio Change Management function and enterprise Change Management capabilities. This includes providing advice and support to new proposals and in-flight initiatives a to help them apply sound Change Management practices that will maximise delivery success and benefit realisation.

Position duties

As the Change Management Lead you will:

• Provide portfolio, program and project level Change Management solutions and support.
• Maintain and improve the Change Management elements of our agency’s Change Delivery Frameworks and processes.
• Maintain and improve IP Australia’s enterprise change impact database and assessments, including working with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate data and prepare executive briefs and presentations.
• Provide assurance and advice on individual project’s Change Management approaches to help teams better understand and mitigate risks and improve delivery outcomes.
• Build the PMO’s position as trusted advisors and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, stakeholders and senior executives across the agency.
• Collaborate with key internal partners (including the Communications, HR and Risk teams) to identify and develop tailored advice on holistic Change Management approaches.
• Provide regular reporting and briefing material to Senior Responsible Officers and Senior Executives.
• Support the transition of change to business-as-usual using relevant, measurable data to monitor progress and realise benefits.
