Change Manager

We are currently looking for a seasoned Change Manager to manage people and process change for a Cloud ERP implementation (MS Dynamics) Project. This will be 12 Months Opportunity working on hybrid set-up for 2 to 3 days per week in the South Sydney

Responsibilities of the Change Manager

• Change Management - Facilitate change management activities and deliver a comprehensive change management approach, working cross-functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
• Develop and execute a change transition plan - Deliver change in a pragmatic style. manage change risk and issues
• Stakeholder management - Work with executives, sponsors and other stakeholders to help drive the change outcomes - Development of Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments
• Communication plans - Develop and execute communication plans and ensure that they are integrated with the technical and operational elements upon identifying the human elements
• Change Management knowledge - Help building organizational change management knowledge, skills and competency at business and functional levels

About you

• A Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Change Management experience in a ERP implementation, working with professional services organizations or other industries such as banking, telco, and software. 
• Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills and able to deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
