Form of workWe have been engaged to work with an extremely exciting global organisation with sites across 30+ countries as they look to hire an IT Change and Release Manager. This company is a market leader in the analysis of critical infrastructure and creation of solutions through innovative AI and data science.
About The Role
As the IT Change & Release Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing change and release management practices (including communications) to ensure operational efficiency across their client base.
- Assessing and analysing change components, scheduling, and appropriate controls.
- Leading the validation of any Change Requests and providing assurance over the end-to-end change management processes.
- Coordinating patch management, release, deployment, and software upgrades.
- Identify and escalate any risks, collaborating with SMEs in the development of risk management plans, controls, and mitigation activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, your experience will include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Change and Release Manager, or similar roles within complex, global organisations.
- Deep IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge. Any relevant certifications are highly regarded.
- Knowledge of public/critical infrastructure domains and relevant project experience is highly regarded.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr) and ServiceNow.
- Fantastic communication (written and spoken) skills as documentation and reporting will be key in this role.
