Our QLD Government client is seeking to engage an ICT Change Manager ASAP to ensure successful delivery of a more customer centric delivery model with greater flexibility including reduced manual processes. Your timely communication and proven success in establishing and implementing change programs within similar organisations including ERP implementation projects is required. Working in a small project team, you may also be allocated other related tasks.
Whilst the replacement of the ERP is the focus of the project, three key areas of scope have been identified to achieve the intended outcomes.
Replacement of all current ERP applications
Development of a target operating model for functions related to the ERP
Management of the change associated with the above mentioned implementation
Essential Skills/Qualifications
Mandatory requirements;
Demonstrated extensive change management expertise and experience, ideally on an ERP replacement project
Understands success factors in large scale transformation programs of work
Experience with managing change driven from IT delivery projects
Ability to provide thought leadership and work independently with regards to the change management associated with the project.
Desirable;
Relevant tertiary qualifications in change management (desirable)
