As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with key senior level internal business and project stakeholders to implement change for multiple, varied scale projects. You will assess, design, develop and implement sustainable change both internally and externally in-line with business requirements.
Your usual day will include:
- Developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan
- Developing a communication plan for all stakeholders impacted by the change project
- In consultation with the Learning & Development team, develop a training strategy and plan
- Work collaboratively with the change team, project team, and business leaders to develop a sustainable change program and positive cultural change
- Developing and implementing a plan to measure and monitor all aspects of the change initiative, identifying risk areas and determining appropriate solutions
- 5 years of Change Management experience working on complex long implementations
- Previous experience in Finance/Insurance/Banking/Customer Service-related change projects
- Ability to use consulting skills to work within the squads to delve deep to unearth change impacts
- Attention to and willingness to get into the detail but can also see the big picture
- Resilience and tenacity to obtain information required
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders within the squads
- Ability to collaborate and be flexible on project ownership
- Familiar with and worked in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile program
- Willingness to commit to a long-term program
- 12 Months Contract with a view to extend
