You will be responsible for the design and delivery of Change Management solutions as an integral part of project delivery for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake high-level engagement planning and strategy and provide audience-driven strategic messaging advice and leadership for the Transformation Office.
- Leading and managing the change management stream including the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables including communications.
- Establish and maintain an effective partnership approach with the Project Sponsor, HR, members of the Transformation Office, other managers in ICT and any other stakeholders.
- Develops fit for purpose business readiness strategies for managing the change implications of strategic or transformational programs on people, ensuring key requirements and risks are managed.
- Develop and deploy solutions that are aligned with the Transformation Office framework.
- Operational accountability for developing and managing the consistent delivery of the Change Management Plan on time, within budget and to appropriate quality standard.
- Tertiary level qualifications in business/change management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- Proven experience in Government or Further Education sector (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
