About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team that will focus on an exciting program of work.
As a Change Manager, you will take on a key role for a piece of transformational work across Merchandise and Supply Chain. You will focus on ensuring changes across the program are implemented across the business including adoption and usage.
You will create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise team member engagement to change initiatives. You will focus on ensuring quick adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency across changes.
What's involved:
- Enable project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Ensure projects meet change objectives, on time and on budget, including driving benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and achievement of results and outcomes
- Provide support and direct coaching to all level of managers and their teams through change transitions
Who we’re looking for
You will bring strong experience in business and organisation change, having worked in a similar role across a program of transformational work. You will be experienced in leading change across a number of interdependent projects and programs.
You’ll have exceptional communication skills which will enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships and working with the business to drive positive outcomes across initiatives.
You’ll need:
- Significant demonstrated experience in company wide project delivery, specifically with a high level of change adoption
- Ability to develop and execute strategy
- Experience delivering projects across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Flexibility and adaptability to new ways of thinking and the ability to lead others through change
- Ability to work with senior leaders to drive accountability and influence behaviours
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable
