In this role, you'll:

Work with our Portfolio Management team within the Strategy, Portfolio and Investment Branch of Sydney Trains with a focus on The Digital Systems Program that will replace current signalling and train control technology with modern, internationally proven, intelligent systems.

These roles will see you embedded within a large-scale strategic program team, partnering with Senior Change Managers, and reporting to the Program Change Lead. It will represent the discipline on a digital transformation program of work aimed at improving safety, reliability and sustainability of Sydney Trains rail network.

You will input into the strategic direction and be responsible for the iterative planning and delivery of change management implementation activities that are consistent with the program change approach. Working in close partnership with stakeholders, you will ensure the business is ready and equipped with the right tools (including impacts assessments) to successfully implement change.

About you

Your proven experience as a change professional, will come from a heavily regulated industry, where your drive and customer-centric skills align with your track record of delivering complex change or transformational programs in a highly regulated and unionised environment. In addition to this, you will ideally hold a certification or qualifications in change management such as Prosci and have knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, Agile.

You're recognised as being able to work on multidisciplinary programs, developing and implementing change plans and communicating impacts to the business.  You are also able to influence and drive successful change outcomes in a multi-faceted and complex organisation and can lead and facilitate stakeholder groups across all levels of the organisational hierarchy.

This is an Award RC7 Fixed Term Full-Time role for up to 7 months, based in the office around 2 days per week, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
