• As our Executive Manager, in this role, you will be part of the Retail Technology Service Management crew leadership team that is accountable for technology operational excellence of the Bank’s Retail technology estate. You will also work closely with our various Retail Domain Leads, our Cloud Technology Office, and centralized SRE practice to drive horizontal capability uplift across retail technology. As a natural leader build a high performing team across Australia and India backed by a strong, results oriented and fun culture.
• Provide leadership to technology IT operations team (~20 FTE) that support the Bank’s Retail DHP Platform.
• Drive the transition to DevSecOps across the Retail domain with our centralised engineering teams
• Drive an automated first agenda, to enable sustainable scalability, while managing cost to deliver outcomes on cloud
• Partnering on with the Crew leadership, ensuring alignment between business and technology strategies.
• You’ll pave the way for our innovative engineers to design and develop solutions using technologies of choice
• Create and nurture a culture of challenging the status quo, being bold in our approach and valuing each other. Giving creative freedom to solving business problems.

• Strong Technology background (AWS) with amazing people leadership skills and relentless focus on service resilience
• Experience in running DevSecOps for mission-critical application teams
• Experience in building solutions utilizing AWS Cognito, AWS RDS with PostgreSQL, FastAPI, AWS S3, and AWS EC2/ECS, Lambda, ELB
• Demonstrated Financial Services and Digital experience
• Experience with programming and software engineering best practices
