The Opportunity - About the Role
This role has become available due to business growth. We currently have multiple opportunities across our national portfolio.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this role will be responsible for considering and driving strategy including capital partner relationships, significant stakeholder relationship management, and as a result will contribute to the procurement, scope and delivery of our projects.
This role is based from our Melbourne Head Office with the successful candidate having the flexibility to work between the CBD, project offices, and home.
Key Responsibilities
Actively manage projects from conception to completion;
Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships;
Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects;
Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Experience within multi-disciplinary teams with an adaptive collaborative style
Project, planning, cost and risk management expertise
Development management expertise in residential land or similar
Exceptional stakeholder’s management and influencing skills;
Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management
Customer centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making
Self-motivated and results focused
Degree qualified in a related discipline;
