About the Role
- Maintain high level food hygiene compliance and quality whilst explaining and enforcing procedures
- Ensure minimum standards are being complied to in the kitchen
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Prepare, cook and monitor quality of food including presentation
About you
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High food standards in taste and presentation
- Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or have Commercial Cooking experience
- Work well in a team
- Work well in fast paced environment
- Be available for immediate start
