As the Chef, you will bring your culinary vision to life. You will be responsible for creating and executing a menu highlighting standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency on your own Passion.
This restaurant normally open from Monday to Saturday for Dinner , other times available for a special Function only.
Salary : $$$ Generous Salary Package + super based on experience
We are looking for one full time motivated & proactive experienced Qualified Chef with high standards to join on our small, dedicated team.
• Creativity and passion for the industry
• Very strong planning and organisational skills
• Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
• Prepare meals as per recipes in a timely manner and Quick as you can
• Communication skills and ability to multi task
• Stock and wastage control
• Positive attitude and temperament
• Minimum of 3 years experience in A La carte Restaurant
• Willingness to work on your Own
• Has Food Safety Training or Food safety supervisor ( FSS )
• Willing to work under pressure during service time
• Ability to smile until the end of service!
