The Muragh Operations team is expanding and has recently opened a new venue. As such we are looking to fill a variety of roles across the group. We are currently searching for Chef De Parties at Victory Lane | Ascot. The positions are full-time, salaried employment.

With a menu that focuses on fresh, local produce and gourmet food, Victory Lane is more than your average dining destination. We strive for excellence in our gourmet dining experience but the atmosphere maintains a sense of approachability and a relaxed atmosphere. A split bar and restaurant dining space seating about 120pax, the venue trades 5 days Weds-Sun. Being in such close proximity to Eagle Farm racecourse we build off a lot of pre and post racing trade aswell as focus on building a strong, symbiotic relationship with the locals of Ascot and Hamilton.
