The successful applicant will have the opportunity to step into an active kitchen role and learn a range of skills to the highest standard while managing their own section and growing on their professional acumen.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Experience in a Hatted venue
- Formal cooking qualification (minimum certificate 3 in commercial cookery)
- Full-time availability
- Effective planning and time management skills
