Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Chef de Partie- Preparation, cooking, presentation standards and cleaning
- Uphold quality standards and cost control measures with a sustainable focus
- 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Collaborate on innovative menu development, preparation
- Stock rotation to reduce wastage and promote efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain equipment to ensure functionality and energy efficiency
- Adhere to daily hygiene and safety protocols
- Ensure Food Control Plan tasks are recorded daily on Chomp
- Assist with training apprentices and kitchen staff
- Ability to run sections and grill section
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- $28.18 - $31.65 per hour
