SalaryGladstone Hotel is searching for a highly skilled Chef for their busy kitchen in Dulwich Hill, Sydney . This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join its award wining team.
Located in the inner west of Sydney, the Gladstone Hotel is a warm and welcoming family pub.
There are a number of bars to choose from including a well-appointed sports bar with TAB, Keno and large screen TVs showing all the live-action and a large garden bar with a retractable pergola for all year round use.
The bistro menu includes a fine mix of great pub classics and contemporary favourites.
About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
