We are seeking an experienced Chef for this busy venue located in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have previous A La Carte experience, a flair for presentation and still be passionate about their trade. This venue has a reputation for quality and is currently experiencing growth. Ideally you will have a calm temperament under pressure and an attitude that shows you still take pride in your work and will strive to succeed.
This venue has rooms, restaurant, sports bar, conference facilities and outdoor pool area. Breakfast service is available only through peak season. Busy season is March through to October made up of Bus Tours, functions, locals and corporate travellers.
The role is located at a beautiful resort property in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
Enjoy exploring tours, national parks, waterholes and local history on your days off.
Salary Package:- $75,000-$80,000 Salary
- Accommodation & Meals $150 per week
- Team of 3 in the kitchen
Immediate start.
• Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef across all facets of kitchen operations
• Hands on role prepping and cooking for multiple outlets including restaurant, bar and function rooms
• Ensuring all OH&S and hygiene requirements are achieved
• Providing high quality meals in a consistent manner so that customer expectations are exceeded
• Other duties as required
- Located in the Kimberley Region, this is a town based role. Full access to local facilities.
- There are daily flights & buses in and out of the town or access driving via sealed roads.
- Full Telstra Internet & Mobile access.
- Local Medical Facilities available
