The Position
- Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events.
- Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams
- Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls
- Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
- Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
- Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
The Person
- 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential
- Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification
- Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
- Experience with full P&L Management, and commercial knowledge
- Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
- Contract management experience (highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
