About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a menu of Vietnamese dishes, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation meet our standards.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Vietnamese specialties, including Banh mi, bun cha, cha gio and more, using traditional recipes and techniques.
• Source high-quality ingredients and oversee kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on Vietnamese cooking methods and ensure consistency in food preparation and taste.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, with a deep understanding of Vietnamese flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Creative flair and passion for innovation, with the ability to introduce new and exciting dishes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a back of house team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Food safety and hygiene certification and a commitment to upholding kitchen standards and regulations.
